Subscription questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign-up is free and asks for no card. You start on the Free plan, stay on it as long as you like, and subscribe only when you need more.
What happens when I reach the Free plan's limit?
Nothing stops: your quotes and client links keep working. You just can't send new quotes until your allowance renews at the start of the month, or until you upgrade from your account.
Is the price per user?
No. The price is for the whole company, within your plan's number of users.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime from the subscription page. When you switch, the difference for the rest of the period is calculated automatically. When you cancel, renewal stops and your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, in US dollars. You get an invoice for every payment.
Can I get a refund?
No, payments are non-refundable, so try the Free plan first. You can stop your subscription at any time and you won't be charged again. Details are in the refund policy.
