1. In short
Try DraftYes for free on the Free plan before you pay. Payments are non-refundable, and you can stop your subscription at any time so you won't be charged again.
2. No refunds after payment
All payments are final, whether the subscription is monthly or yearly. We don't refund unused days or months, the remaining part of a period when you cancel, or unused features or seats.
3. Stop your subscription anytime
You can stop renewal yourself at any time from the "Subscription" page in the app, then "Manage subscription and invoices". After stopping, no new payment is charged, and your subscription stays active with all its features until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan with all your data and documents. You can subscribe again whenever you like.
4. Changing plans
When you upgrade to a higher plan, the price difference for the rest of the current period is charged immediately. When you move to a lower plan, the difference is added as credit toward your next invoices, and is not refunded in cash.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged twice, or charged after stopping renewal because of an error on our side, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will fix the error and refund the amount charged by mistake.
6. What the law requires
This policy doesn't limit any mandatory right to a refund given to you by the law of your country.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, as most issues are resolved quickly. During a dispute, paid plan features may be paused until it is settled.
